How does onboarding work?

All you need to do is add an email to as a secondary lead destination for your marketing sources and provide your direct leasing phone number.

What happens if leasing misses the call?

That’s okay - it’s unrealistic to expect your team to answer 100% of the calls. The goal of the dialer is to improve your average follow up time as much as possible. If leasing misses the call, the automation ends and no call is triggered to the lead.

What are the contract terms?

Our pilot contracts are 60 days, then convert to month to month.

What happens outside of business hours?

The automation doesn’t run outside of business hours to make sure this doesn’t ring when your leasing agents aren’t in the office.

How do you know when new leads come in?

After you add our email to your marketing sources, we get notified immediately.

What leads does this apply to?

The dialer automates outbound calls for contact form leads (not inbound calls) from your website and ILS’s during business hours.

What if I’m already using a lead nurture product?
