What I like most about Flair is how easy it was to implement and how low-maintenance it is. From the start, getting everything up and running was straightforward, and once it’s set up, it just works seamlessly in the background. There’s no constant need for tweaks or troubleshooting, which frees up our time to focus on more strategic tasks.

If I had to suggest something, it would be adding a periodic system check message confirming the rates are matching up across platforms. It would be a nice extra assurance.

Our communities underwent an aggressive value-add program so we had many vacant units at new, higher rents. We onboarded Flair because we wanted to drive highly qualified leads that fell into our new budget range.

They are super responsive and proactive. They're great to collaborate and problem solve with. Not only do they know their stuff, they will help you better understand, really taking time to answer any questions or hoping on a call to go over things in further detail. - Can trust that they care to reach their own goals and that they will work to achieve them. Dashboard is user friendly and great for including in our own internal reviews. We have many limitations on our end because of the platforms we use but Flair works with us to create workarounds to still be able to get great results!

They are good at what they do but what really has me coming back to use them is their sincere desire to help his customers. They take the time to listen and really try to understand the needs of each specific property/sub-market. We’ve also benefited from opinion/guidance on how to improve other marketing features within our company/properties that they do not directly benefit from. Their willingness to give "free advice" goes a long way to show that he really wants our properties to perform and yield results - Flair is not just here to make a quick buck.
